Eugene Donnelly and his co-driver Paul Kiely have knocked up a third successive Irish Tarmac Rally Championship title. With victories on the Galway, Isle of Man and Ulster Rallies not to mention victory on Rally Ireland the pilot event for the World Rally Championship next year. It has been a busy year for the Donnelly Motorsport Team with Eugene’s brother Charlie also securing the Irish National Rally Championship crown in the same car and also using Kumho Tyres. These victories only go to prove Kumho’s leading edge Ecsta performance technology making them the Champions Choice.
