Modern Tyre Service based on the Strand Road have taken out some pitch side advertising to support the club and more importantly attract some new business and sell more tyres. This advertising deal by Modern Tyre Service who are the largest independent tyre dealers in Northern Ireland with 26 branches provincewide may lead to other sponsorship and advertising opportunities with the club.

 

Speaking about the announcement Paul Leonard Depot Modern Tyre Service Strand Road depot said “I am delighted that we have got involved with Derry City football club and wish the club every success in all its future fixtures. This advertising opportunity allows us to get our name in front on the many spectators that watch the match at the Brandywell as well as the thousands that watch the televised matches”.

 

Commercial Manager for Derry City Football Club Nicola Hassan said “We are delighted that Modern Tyre Service have come on board with the club as a much needed new sponsor this season.  It is an essential part of supporting the team on the field and we hope to enhance this affiliation into next season.”
